Also referred to as Lake Constance, this site is particularly great for scuba diving and every other kind of water sports, with various resorts scattered long its shores. Be it the cozy sandbeds which represent the habitat for several fish species or the Devil’s Table adventurous steep walls, there is a whole lot to discover this 63km (39 mile)-long lake in the foothills of the Alps. Scuba diving is one of the most loved water sports in the area ad great for learners, but there are very steep areas too, which are better suited to more advanced divers.
