Diving in Dretzsee

The Dreetzsee is located south of Feldberg, in the middle of the glacial nature park Feldberger Seenlandschaft, on the border between Brandenburg and Mecklenburg. Diving is only allowed in a few lakes. The diving permits are issued by the dive centers. But even with this permission, you can only use certain places to get started. Lake Dreetzsees is beautiful and covered over a large area at 10m (33ft) depth. From about 5m (16ft) depth, the growth decreases. It is only muddy in deeper areas. You can expect some encounters with the usual freshwater fish during your dive exploration.
