Diving in Lake Superior

You will find many dive sites in Lake Superior. This place has been accurately called “graveyard of the Great Lakes”; of all the Great Lakes it has the largest number of shipwrecks. Make sure you plan a visit to Alger Underwater Preserve where you can dive The Bermuda, as well as The Kiowa, and The Smith Moore, which is the most famous shipwreck in the area. Further up north, you’ll find Isle Royale National Park, a dive site with 10 great wrecks you can explore.
