Diving the Meemu Atoll

Mulee Island is generally considered the best diving location in the Meemu Atoll. Much like the spots close to Male, it is a great place to come and see manta rays when they gather here during the monsoon season. Shark’s Tongue is the most difficult dive in the area, reaching depths of 90m/295feet but for the most part, this area is a great place for beginners. With fewer channels than many other atolls, there is less current here so new divers can learn and still see an abundance of marine life and coral formations.
