Diving Mnemba Island

This private island is a great spot for diving away from the masses. It is a little pricy to take diving trips here but if you want to experience the amazing underwater world here in peace, it is well worth it due to the 200-meter zone around the island where diving is prohibited by anyone who is not a guest of the island. There is great visibility in the waters here and calm conditions. July to September is the best time to go, with the green turtles still laying eggs and also when you can see humpback whales.
