Kashaavaru Kandu (Golden Wall)

This dive site is a channel located in the southern region of Vaavu atoll. The dive is a mixture of an outer channel where you can spot large pelagics and the inner reef wall where you can see lots of colorful coral life.

Miyaru Kandu

This channel site is in the northeast of Vaavu atoll. This site is more suited to advanced divers as you can encounter strong currents. When there is less current, the dive site can also be for less experienced divers.

Farukolhu Kandu

Farukolhu Kandu (Fulidhoo Channel), a short boat ride from Fulidhoo, is a drift dive for all levels of divers. The reef is situated on a shallow channel, between 8 to 30 m.

Coral Garden

A small Giri with an abundance of corals, reef life and names, eg. Floral Garden, Teabag-Giri or Aquarium. The top of the reef starts at 1m at low tide and extends down to 20m+ on certain parts of the seamount. Most of the days you will be able to go around the whole circular reef as the currents are small.

Fulidhoo Caves

The back reef of Fulidhoo extends over roughly 4km from west to east. The central part features a sloping reef with magnificent table corals on the top and wide overhangs from a depth of 15m to beyond 30m. The area between the caves and top reef is full of marine life.

Kunaavashi Kandu

The third channel to the west of Fulidhoo offers a great dive to see big fish during incoming currents at both channel entrances. The south side has larger overhangs and cavities starting at 10m down to 30m+ moving further into the channel. Along the reef edge you will mostly find grey reef- and white-tip sharks.

This channel located in the north of Meemu atoll offers a wide variety of marine life. If the current is not too strong you can cross the whole channel during the dive.

This dive site is in the channel of Lohifushi, with a sandy bottom between 15 - 25 meters. You can dive both sides of the 50-meter large sand channel. In the sand, you can find many coral blocks.
