Manta Point, Nusa Penida

Located in the south of Nusa Penida Island and facing the Indian Ocean, Manta Point can often have big waves. This dive site has large rock mounds which are often visited by manta rays for self cleaning, giving this site it’s name.

The outer rock to the south east of Manta Point, Nusa Penida. Experiencing surge and current this area can be a challenging dive, or can be so calm you can swim all around the rock.

Located off the south coast of Nusa Penida, Batu Bolong is the dive site around the famous arch that is often photographed. It can only be dived on a rising tide when the swell is low and is subject to high current and surge.

Manta Bay

This dive sites is close to the cliff which has strong water movement (surge). It is a gathering place for manta rays to filter the food collected due to the pressure of the waves from the open ocean.

Suana is located on the east coast of Nusa Penida and offers a nice wall dive where the reef drops to an unknown depth. The currents can be strong, but if you dive at the right time, it is a pleasant dive.

Crystal Bay, Nusa Penida

Located on the west-side of Nusa Penida Island, Crystal Bay has two coral reef formations separated by sand slopes. The combination of slopes and walls that form the topography at this dive site goes down to more than 50 meters and meets with large rock which is an ideal place for a cleaning station for sunfish.

Bat Cave

This cave has a horizontal length of about 200 meters where, at the end of the cave, is a large open space inhabited by bats. The mouth of the cave is at a depth of 8 meters below sea level.

Located on the east of Nusa Penida, Malibu Point is a wonderful bay with fantastic wall dives on the outside of the bay. Start your dives in the protected waters and venture out the bay if conditions are right, returning to the bay for your safety stop.

Gamat Bay

A small bay in the west of Nusa Penida that has healthy coral in flat shallow area, followed by a slope that reaches more than 40 meters. One of the best places to spot Mola mola, or Oceanic sunfish, during the right season.
