Olympia Regattaanlage Oberschleißheim (Süd)

The regatta course Oberschleissheim is an artificial lake in the north of the state capital Munich. The water is fed by groundwater inflows. The facility has a length of 2.2 km with a width of 140 m. The maximum depth is just under 4.5 m. Diving only by appointment!!!

Echinger lake in Munich country. Size approx. 350 x 150m. Maximum depth 8m. Partly paid parking. Entrance from the shore, restaurant and toilets open seasonally. Do not confuse with Echinger Weiher!

The Echinger Weiher is an artificially created Baggersee in the north of Munich. With a size of about 100 x 250m and a maximum depth of 8m it is suitable for training and practice dives. The lake is located in a nature reserve. Please note: a diving license must be purchased in advance!

Langwieder See

Located directly next to Munich and the motorway, the Langwieder Lake is easy to reach. The parking lot to the site entrance is only 50m. Underwater you will find fields of candelabra and corkscrew algae as well as two platforms for practice purposes. The maximum depth is 9 m.

This dive site is accessible via Starnberg, in the direction of Possenhofen. At the first kiosk turn right into the driveway and unload your car. Take your equipment to the lake and park your car at the very large parking lot. In good weather, the kiosk is open all year round.

Leoni is one of the few year-round diveable entrances for Starnberger See. Popular in summer for courses (and therefore limited visibility), the dive site is underestimated the rest of the year: relaxed dives at shallower depths (up to 20 m), even after sunset (max. 1h!) with lots of life!
