Waidsee

The Waidsee is located about 15 km northeast of Mannheim in Weinheim. The quarry pond, which was created at the end of the 60s by the mining of gravel (the A5 runs directly past it). Year-round access only via dive center.

Voglstangsee

The access to the Vogelstangsee near Mannheim is best reached via the gym parking lot. You can change your clothes directly on the parking lot or on the lawn. There are currently two “paved“ entry points. There are no toilets there.

Gänsedrecksee

With the enactment of the new public use regulation in May 2004, the leisure use of the Binsfeld Lakes was newly regulated. This particularly concerned divers with technical equipment. There is a diving ban from October 15th to May 31st every year. Permission is necessary for diving. Diving is bookable via GST.

Althäuser Lake (max. depth 17 meters) is located right next a local dive center that has created several entry and exit points. You can enter / exit via the aluminum stairs or from the jetty by rolling backwards, using a giant stride entry forward, or the boat ladder.

The Brechtsee is located near Huttenheim in the district of Karlsruhe in Baden-Württemberg and is a popular diving site. The maximum depth of the lake is about 26m. Diving in the Brechtsee near Huttenheim is regulated by a legal ordinance of the city of Philippsburg.
