Kani Corner

This outside reef is also called “Balcony“ and features big fish. The landscape is beautiful with a lot of small overhangs at 20 meters. Torches are recommended. This site is generally dived in an east - west current.

Magu 2

When the current starts coming in from the west side of the atoll, you better not miss this spectacular dive site! It is a pinnacle a thila but very large with a shallow top reef. This dive site has one of the best fish life combinations from very tiny to very large.

Vaagali Caves

This dive is located on the west side of this atoll with plenty of colorful fish life and amazing features of overhangs. The formations of this reef and channel are the territory of napoleon wrasse and groupers, along with barracudas.

Appa Thila

Appa Thila is a large reef on the inside of the atoll. West side of the reef is a beautiful terrace with lots of soft corals. In 60 minutes it is possible to swim around half of the site. Small overhangs can be seen on the east side. A great dive site for photographers.

Vaagali Kandu

This is a good drift dive in the channel of Vaagali. The reef starts at 5 meters and drops down to the sandy bottom to 28 meters. Lots of overhangs are found in between 10-20 meters with black corals and soft corals. A dive light is highly recommended.

Vaagali Outside

Easy dive site on the outside reef. The drop off (wall) sets back to a large cavity in the reef. Beautiful coral blocks are covered with soft corals. Many species of reef fish are around found the rocks. The drop off changes to a sandy area at 20 to 25 meters. Bring your torch and camera!

Rannalhi Kuda Giri

Small Giri with beautiful coral blocks on the west side. This giri is covered with fields of anemones and different types of anemone fish. Easy dive.

Vale Giri

Mid sized Giri with lots of beautiful soft corals on the south and east side. Various sandy areas with blocks and nice table corals. Ideal place for snorkelers too.

Dhon Mas Giri

Dongmas Giri is a small round reef in the middle of the atoll. A drop off from 1-12 meters on the south side is where there are small bomies covered with compact coral that shelter loads of glass fish. The west side has some beautiful overhangs. Diving with a torch is highly recommended.

Drop off located at the corner and at the outside reef with a lot of small and very big overhangs form 5 meters to 20 meters. Whip corals inside the channel and many anemones.
