Barracuda Rock

It is rarely visited dive site located opposite to the Khor Habalayn dive site. Nice combination of rocks, sandy slopes with a beautiful coral garden. Good for beginners and suitable for the Macro and Night diving. Depth: 3–20 meters. You might do a full circle around the Barracuda Rock and continue North.

Ras Sarkan

Ras Sarkan is the southern mouth of Habalayn Bay. It is a wall combined with slopes with some beautiful hard and soft corals. Depth: 10–40 meters. REMARKS: There might be some current especially at the corner. Also, beware of local speedboats since it’s a busy area. Use SMB and stay close to the wall.

Al Maqta

Al Maqta dive site is opposite of Ras Sarkan on the north part of Habalayn Bay. It is a coral wall with some slopes and a beautiful coral garden. Depth: 10–35 meters. Good for the Macro and Night diving. REMARKS: Some current is on the tips of the site, usually coming from inside out.

Ras Dillah

Ras Dillah is the opposite of Ras Sarkan, located in the north of the Habalayn Bay. Great combination of rocks, sandy slopes, and walls with a beautiful coral garden. This dive site has a nice cave (swim-through). Depth: 10–40 meters. REMARKS: There’s a current, especially during strong tidal movements.

Ras Samid is a nice combination of a wall and slope with a beautiful coral garden. Good for the Macro and Night diving. Depth is 5–25 meters. REMARKS: There is a current that is especially during strong during tidal movements. Please check the current before starting your dive.

Khoar Qabal is a nice combination of a wall and slopes with a beautiful coral garden. It is just 3 minutes away to the east of Ras Samid, located inside of Khor Qabal Bay. Good for the Macro and Night diving. Depth is 5–20 meters. REMARKS: There might be some current especially at the corner.

Telegraph Wall

This is just a short 20 minute speedboat ride from Khasab harbour. Beside the famous telegraph island you can find telegraph wall dive site. This is a very easy and shallow dive of 10-15 metres. This is also a nice spot for snorkelling as you will see lots of dhow cruises stopping here.

Atlantis dive site is located beside the famous telegraph island. It is a maximum depth of 25 metres. Atlantis is a small reef in the middle of the fjord.

The Boulder Wall

Boulder wall is a short 20 minute speedboat ride from Khasab harbour, this topography is big boulders that have fallen from the mountains. This dive sites starts around 5 metres and goes down to 30 metres. There are never any currents at this dive site.

Octopus Rock

This little (Octopus) rock is one of the best Musandam dive sites and has it all: big and small rocks, slopes, sandy bottom and many corals. You might need two or three dives to cover it all. The average depth ranges from 14–32 meters. REMARKS: There is a current especially during strong tidal movements.
