Martelo or Table Rock, is a rock formation just 10 min away from the harbour. This dive site it’s in a protected location, sheltered from the western swell and wind thus, making of this site a great location for relaxed training and an enjoyable dive for beginners.

Ponta da Piedade Caves

Small cave formation at Ponta da Piedade. Here we can experience a dive in a semi closed environment. Day light is allows visible and the absent of tight restrictions make this dive accessible to all range of certified divers. Dive spot only accessible in the low season due to the heavy boat traffic.

Reef wall located at 15min away from the dock. Nice rocky configuration with dive troughs. Recommended use of torch, conger eels, big spider crabs, rays and a lot of different nudibranchs can be spotted on this dive site. Dive site suitable for all divers experience level. Maximum depth 16m.

Pedras Altas, located in front of Porto de Mós beach, its an amazing dive spot. Here we can find nice rock formations around an impressive reef wall. Maximum depth close to 19m, ideal for beginner or advanced divers due to the ease of navigating here and usually with no significant currents.

Rondão Alvo

Rondão is located outside of Porto de Mós Beach,. It’s composed by pronounced rock formations elevating a few meters from the ground. Through the many canyons we can find different kinds of sea life and good sized gorgonian coral. A groove big enough for a diver to peek in can be found there, torch recommended.

Rocha Negra is the our most western dive spot, named after the rock formations that elevates from the sea level with a distinctive darker color. Extensive reef wall pointing south direction, covered with multi coloured gorgonian coral.

Almeida Carvalho (Wreck)

The Ocean Revival underwater park, off the Algarve coast of Portugal, is demarcated on the surface by signalling buoys and consists of four Portuguese Navy ships that serve as unique artificial reefs. The Almeida Carvalho is one of these ships. Length 64m, Width-12m, Sunked on 21-September-2013. Max depth- 30m!
