Substantial rocky plateau with a maximum depth of 10 to 12 metres. Height of relief between 30cm and 1m20. Situated opposite the two towers visible from the Leucate cliffs.

La Faille at Cap Leucate is a unique dive site with an underwater fault reaching a depth of 25 m. Recommended for intermediate to advanced divers.

Anse of Paradise at La Franqui is a popular dive site for its clear, shallow waters, ideal for beginners.

Artificial site in front of LEUCATE - Boat trip between 15 and 20 minutes. Concrete culverts and rock piles allowing the creation of protective areas for fish against trawling and professional fishing. Very rich and full of fish site.

In the port city of Port-la-Nouvelle, it's known as the "Japanese". This is the sad story of the Shigizan Maru, which became one of the many wrecks in the Mediterranean, built in the Netherlands and ended its life off the coast of Aude, between La Nouvelle and La Franqui.

Lydia 2, off the coast of Port-Barcarès, is an artificial diving site opposite the Lydia cruise liner. Suitable for intermediate to advanced divers, this site offers depths ranging from 10 to 25 meters.

Étang de Leucate or Salses, located in the Aude department, is a unique dive site offering ideal conditions for beginner divers. Depths range from 2 to 5 meters, making for long, relaxed dives.

Artificial site in front of BARCARES harbour. Boat trip of 5 minutes. Site much used in strong winds. Piles of concrete nozzles and large stones to protect the coast from trawling.
