Tauchsee Hänigsen

Old gravel pit with visibility between 2 and 4 meters. Access only via Jens Haak DivingSchool. Lake is privately owned. Low fish population and hardly any underwater plants.

Beinhorner Kiessee

One of 3 large gravel pits on private property. We have permission from the owner to dive in the first lake and conduct our diving training. The entrance is a small sandy beach, here you can easily walk into the lake. In the lake there is a training platform at about 4.5m.

Süplingen

Süplinger Canyon is located on the outskirts of the village of Süplingen and is an old quarry. Parking is somewhat within walking distance to the entrance in front of a barrier at the edge of the forest. Way to the entrance about 200m, which then leads down a steel staircase (caution danger of slipping).

Sundhäuser See, Nordhausen

There is a dive center on the lake with everything you need for diving. Four nice entrances spread around the lake. Several training platforms at different depths. Four wrecks spread around the lake and a sunken village with houses, church, chapel, and cemetery can be dived through.

Forellensee

From the entrance of the gravel pit, there are three training platforms at 6 m, 9 m and 15 m, within a radius of 100 m, all connected by guidelines. The maximum depth here is 17 m. When diving further out, depths of up to 28 m are possible. The visibility is between 5 and 15 m.

Möwensee

There are many entrances for divers at Möwen-See. The lake almost always offers very good visibility. The topography underwater is very mountainous so always dive with a compass. The lake has little vegetation. The lake is about about 45 m deep.

Ebendorf Quarry

The Ebendorf quarry is located directly at the entrance to Ebendorf, coming from the B189. Until 1914 it was an open-cast mining operation. Today the quarry on Barleber Chaussee is 110 m long, 80 m wide, and the water 22 m deep. The entrance is quite easy. There is a staircase and a footbridge.

Jersleber Lake

The Jersleber Lake (approx. 35ha) is located in the immediate vicinity of Jersleben (Saxony Anhalt). This dive site is well suited for beginners. Larger towns nearby are Magdeburg and Wolmirstedt. At the lake, there is a camping site and restaurant. You can dive directly from the sandy beach. Paid parking lots are available.

Löderburger See

The Löderburger Lake has a diving base, and diving is only allowed at the base with prior registration at the dive workshop. You can simply contact us via WhatsApp or send an email. The depth reaches up to 30 meters. The first 10 meters are very clear and have drinking water quality.

North of Magdeburg is Barleber Lake. Its area is about 103 ha. with a maximum depth of 11m, an average depth of 6.7m, and visibility up to 7m.
