Tajiri

Tajiri is located at the eastern end of Tottori Prefecture and faces the Sea of Japan. The surrounding coastline has a complex topography and has been registered as a nature park as a “geopark“ on the San-in Coast. The complexity of the terrain continues into the sea, and there are many waterways and horizontal holes, and there are also caves at the half-surface of the water, making it very popular among divers who like the terrain. Compared to other clownfish species, the pink clownfish has a clearer pattern as a juvenile and is redder in color, giving it a clownfish-like design. This is why they are called “Nimodango“ and have become a popular subject.
