Pot Luck

Starting v/near the surface with top of reef exposed during low tide, this wall is the point of the main reef which can be dived at anytime, excellent drift dive with incoming tide or as a stationary dive. The wall drops off to 30msw & as the name Pot Luck suggests you can expect to see anything at this site.

Why Not

Back of Bona reef near the lighthouse this wall dive starts in 1msw & drops off to 30msw with a ridge covered in sea fans, soft & hard coral & some well decorated & fragile swim-throughs. Excellent site for hiding during SE winds & best dived on strong outgoing current. Always plenty to see for the keen eye.

This site is is between 2msw & 36msw & is on the NE side of a passage that runs to Vatu-i-Ra Island & is covered in soft purple soft coral, there is also a small pinnacle connected to the wall at 21msw completely covered in soft purple coral. Very pretty site & best dived as a drift on outgoing tide.

Beautiful wall drift dive starting in 3msw & bottoming out at 30msw, the wall is highly decorated & v/colorful, plenty on teh wall & plenty out in the blue as well. great mix of big & small, long wall that just keeps on going, excellent for long multilevel dive & best dived on outgoing tide.

Pandora’s Box

The northern wall of Alacrity entrance, a shallow site only to be dived on an outgoing current. Best dive zone 21m/70 to 23m/75’, below that is a rubble seabed however this is also full of critters for those with a good eye & some patience.

Underwater Phantasea

A group of small bommies, on the leeward side of the main reef covered in magnificent soft and hard coral which is best dives on an outgoing tide. This site starts in 5m/15’ & drops off to the seabed at 21m/70’, best dived 12m/40’ to 15m/50’ range & suitable for most levels.

Vatu Express

Drift dive best on an incoming tide (east to west) starting at 5msw & dropping off to 36msw, perfect for multilevel profile. Connecetd to main reef by a ridge at 18msw. ’Bigger the tide faster the ride’ along soft coral wall, look out & up as always plenty to see in the blue. Excellent macro as well.

Golden Gates

Well decorated wall staring in 5msw & dropping down to 30msw with an archway encrusted with yellow soft coral, best dived on an incoing tide to bring out the beauty & active marine life. Excellent for both macro & wide angle photographers with plenty to see at all depths. Experienced snorklers should be okay.

Purple Haze

Big wall drift dive best done on an outgoing tide from southeast to northwest keeping the wall on the RHS. (can be done in reverse). Wall starts in 2msw & drops off to 36msw & on the leeward side several coral heads with lots of marine life are perfect to finish of the dive. OKAY for experienced snorklers.

A deep pinnacle starting in 18msw & dropping down to 36msw sitting in the middle of an inlet passage & subject to strong incoming & outgoing current making it difficult to dive when current is running so must be dived at the right time. Listen closely to the crew briefing & be well prepared, trained & equipped.
