Frequented by shore divers via Navy Base Guam, but is better accessed by boat. Steep drop-off down to 85’ along the rock island. Named for it’s turtle-like shape, this site is also home to numerous sea turtles that can be viewed on most dives.
Lionfish are usually seen here, along with Hawksbill and Green Sea Turtles. Clear water is ideal for wide-angle photographers
