Diving the Easter Island

Scuba diving on the remote island of Rapa Nui, more popularly known as Easter Island, is an exciting adventure for divers of all levels. Being one of the most remote islands in the world offers divers the unique chance at experiencing pristine dive conditions. Thanks to a lack of runoff due to its dry environment, visibility often reaches 60 meters (200 feet), allowing you to see the over 100 endemic fish species that call these waters home. You will also see the famous Moai underwater as well as on land. Great dive sites include Acantilado, The Moai Site, Motu Nui, and The Cathedral. Getting here is easy with direct flights from Chile’s capital, Santiago.
