Diving in Moalboal

Travel to southwestern part of Cebu to find Moalboal, which means “bubbling water”. This small village has several dive spots along its coastline, including long, deep walls with stunning marine life such as an extraordinary array of coral, ferns, anemones, sponges, various brightly colored fish, groupers, turtles, and sea snakes.
