Diving in Zakynthos

The island of Zakynthos is hands down the top diving spot in the Ionian Islands region. It is surrounded by emerald-green seas, magnificent limestone reefs, and underwater caves filled with stalagmites and stalactites, walls, and tunnels. The Arc de Triumph, or “The Arch”, is one of Zakynthos’ most popular dive sites. It is home to a giant, natural cathedral-like rock arch which is encrusted in sponges and soft corals. It is a truly awe-inspiring sight to see. While here, you can also check out some other very popular dive sites such as Octopus Reef, Big Blue, Drop Off, and White Reef.
