MySSI App - Change of Training Center Affiliation

August 26, 2020 With the latest version of the MySSI app, it is now possible for every user and professional to edit, change, and delete their training center affiliation via the app. Divers can do this without a Training Center’s approval, while SSI Professionals can only change their main Training Center affiliation with confirmation by the center. They can, however, add alternative center affiliations without approval.

User (Non-Pro) Editing of Training Center Affiliation

  • Click on the menu (three lines in the upper right corner) and choose the "profile button" (the head silhouette) at the bottom of the page.
  • Click on "Show all Training Center Affiliations"
  • The list shows all your affiliated Training Centers. Clicking on the blue button allows you to choose a center as your main Training Center; clicking on the red button allows you to remove this affiliation.
NOTE: The affiliation can only be deleted if no course is actively registered at that SSI Training Center!

User (Non-Pro) Adding of Training Center Affiliation

  • Click either on the home page on the center map or in the menu on "SSI Partner & Places"
  • Search and choose the Training Center that you want to affiliate to
  • Click on "Edit Affiliation" and select either "Main Training Center" or "Alternate Training Center"
  • After a short time, a confirmation will appear in the app

SSI Professional Add/Edit Training Center Affiliation

Note: Professionals can only add a new alternate Training Center by themselves. If the professional desires to change its main Training Center affiliation, it must first be confirmed by the desired SSI Training Center.

Pro Editing of Main Training Center Affiliation

  • Click on the menu (three lines in the upper right corner) and choose the "profile button" (the head silhouette) at the bottom of the page.
  • Click on "Show all Training Center Affiliations"
  • The list shows you all affiliated Training Centers. Click on the green button to send a request to the center you would like to become your new main Training Center. Click on the red button to remove a center affiliation.
